How to Reschedule an Appointment

Surgeries or Colonoscopies 

Surgeries and colonoscopies are scheduled through your physician's office. If you need to change the date or the time, you must speak with staff in your surgeon's office. They will coordinate the change with the hospital.

Xray, MRI, CT. Mammograms, Lab testing-other diagnostics

Mass Health PT-1 Transportation

The above website provides information for MassHealth members regarding available non-emergency transportation to and from MassHealth covered services if you are unable to access public or private transportation. These services, but are not limited to, transportation to doctors' appointments, counseling, and day habilitation.

To determine eligibility MassHealth members may contact the MassHealth Customer Service Center (CSC) at 1-800-841-2900 (TTY: 1-800-497-4648 for people with partial or total hearing loss).
