This dinner symposium is sponsored by the Center for Wound Healing at Saint Anne's Hospital.

Physicians and other health care providers are invited to join guest speaker Vickie R. Driver, MS, DPM, FACFAS, director of the Center of Wound Care and Hyperbaric Medicine, South Shore Hospital; and director of clinical research limb preservation and tissue repair, VA New England Health Care Division, Providence, RI.

The objectives of this symposium are to help healthcare and educational professionals:

  • Review the statistics and prevalence of diabetes & amputations
  • Review the effects of diabetes and factors leading to limb preservation
  • Describe what’s new and what works in limb preservation

Physicians: Saint Anne’s Hospital designates this live activity for a maximum of one AMA PRA Category 1 Credit (s)™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
