Save the date for this popular semi-annual dinner conference for health care professionals.

Sponsored by Saint Anne's Hospital Regional Cancer Center of Fall River and Dartmouth, MA, this annual fall dinner program for physicians and other health care professionals features presentations on recent advances and current treatments in cancer care by renowned oncology specialists.

This symposium is designed to help healthcare and educational professionals to discuss:

  • the diagnosis and treatment of muscle invasive bladder cancer
  • surgical options for hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC)
  • chemoprevention strategies

Topics and speakers will include:

  • “Current Update for Treatment of Muscle Invasive Bladder Cancer,” with Ingolf Tuerk, MD, Ph.D., chief, Division of Urology, and Director, Robotic-Assisted Surgery Program, St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center, Boston
  • “Surgical Options for Hepatocellular Carcinoma,” with Scott Johnson, MD, attending surgeon, St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center, Boston
  • “Cancer Chemoprevention: Where Are We Now and Where Are We Headed?” with Dennie Jones, Jr., MD, chief of Hematology and Oncology, St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center, Boston, and attending physician, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute
