Saint Anne's Hospital, in Fall River, MA, is pleased to host this one-day symposium for physicians and mid-level practitioners.

Participants will be introduced to the importance of vascular disease management in the primary care setting and learn about practice changes that fit in the accountable care model. They also will be exposed to new vascular care procedures and tools and their indications.
