MINDFUL EATING FOR HEALTH AND WELLBEING
This evening program will introduce you to a healthy approach to weight management and encourage deeper listening to the body’s wisdom. Stop dieting and begin developing a more balanced and positive relationship to eating and weight. It is never too late to change your relationship with food, put yourself first and begin taking the steps to a healthier and happier body.
Based on UMass Medical Center’s Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Program and Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health Integrative Weight Loss Program.
Four-week class to follow and/or individual coaching available ($10 off when sign up for four-week class or coaching session).

Facilitator: Katherine Parliament Benson, LICSW, is currently the clinical social worker at NVMC and has an extensive background in the field of self- development. She has completed trainings at UMass Medical Center’s Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Program, Finding the Deep River Within, Internal Family Systems and multiple trainings at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health.
