There is no right or wrong way to grieve the death of your loved one but
there are healthy ways to express your grief. Exploring and sharing your
grief and emotions with others and with trained professionals can help
you express your grief, as well as distinguish healthy grieving from
unhealthy grieving that may be putting you or someone you care about at
risk emotionally, spiritually, and/or physically.
The goal of Morton’s Adult Bereavement Group is to provide spiritually based guidance and support as you journey through the various stages of grief and to facilitate relationships and a support system with members of the community experiencing similar losses.
