What is the purpose of this trial?

To collect information and evaluate the performance of the GORE VIABAHN Endoprosthesis with Heparin Bioactive Surface when used in the Superficial Femoral Artery.

Eligibility

Time: Baseline Visit, 1 month visit/telephone call, 6 month visit, and 12 month visit.

Inclusion:  Subjects at least 21 years of age with lifestyle-limiting claudication, rest pain, or tissue loss affecting a lower extremity.  Subjects with an ankle brachial index of  0.9 or less with a life expectancy of at least 12 months.
