Nicole Pecquex, MD
Nicole Pecquex, MD, is a board-certified surgeon and the director of bariatric surgery at St. Elizabeth's Medical Center. She has completed an advanced laparoscopic fellowship training and has performed more than 500 gastric bypass and LAP-BAND® procedures combined. Pecquex has been a member of St. Elizabeth's surgical staff since 2004.
Lyssa Petter, MS, RD, LDN, Dietician
Lyssa Petter earned an MS in nutrition from New York University and a BS in nutrition from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. Petter has many years of experience in providing individualized nutrition counseling, developing nutrition care plans and providing medical nutrition therapy to a diverse patient group.
Marcelo Castro, RN, BSN, RRT-NPS, MBA, Outpatient Services Nursing Manager
Marcelo Castro provides nursing leadership to Holy Family Hospital's outpatient clinical services, including the Center for Weight Control. Castro joined Holy Family Hospital in October 2007 as the manager of respiratory care and the pulmonary function lab. His previous nursing experience includes critical care and telemetry nursing at Merrimack Valley Hospital, Haverhill and Parkland Hospital in Derry, N.H. He is ACLS certified and holds the neonatal-pediatric specialty in respiratory care.
