Steward® PET Imaging, LLC, was formed to provide positron emission tomography imaging services to Steward Health Care member hospitals -- Norwood Hospital, Good Samaritan Medical Center in Brockton, St. Elizabeth's Medical Center in Brighton, Carney Hospital in Dorchester, Nashoba Valley Medical Center in Ayer and Saint Anne's Hospital in Fall River.

By using a mobile PET/CT scanner, this group of hospitals became the first hospitals in the Northeast to offer PET imaging.

The sharing of the mobile PET/CT scanner has brought this technology to communities outside of major urban areas that normally would not have access to PET.

Download a form you may use to request a PET/CT appointment at one of Steward's PET Imaging locations. You may print the form, fill it out and fax it back to us along with CT reports to 866-927-0079. If necessary, also fax us insurance approval.
