  • My Life, My Health: Chronic Disease Self-Management Workshop. Holy Family Hospital at Merrimack Valley, in partnership with Elder Services of the Merrimack Valley, offers a six-week course for anyone living with an on-going medical condition. During this course, participants are equipped with the skills to set and meet personal goals, talk to their doctor about their health, make choices about their treatment, handle stress in a healthy way, and learn to relax. The workshop is based on a proven, Stanford-designed model to help people overcome the limitations of chronic disease. The course is free and open to the community.
  • Continue™ Senior Lunches. Holy Family Hospital at Merrimack Valley invites adults ages 60 and older for a bi-monthly senior lunch. For $5 per person, each senior receives a well-balanced meal and enjoys a healthy living presentation, which may include information on cancer screenings, fall prevention, and healthy aging. These lunches provide a caring atmosphere, health education and socialization for those who attend.
