Holy Family Hospital, in Methuen, Massachusetts, serves some 450,000 individuals and their families living in nearly in twenty communities throughout the Merrimack Valley and southern New Hampshire. The hospital is the City of Methuen’s largest employer.

In accordance with the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Community Benefits Guidelines, Holy Family Hospital completed a community health needs assessment in 2012 to 2013. The resulting report, the Holy Family Hospital Population Health Improvement Report, details the health conditions and social determinant factors affecting the people living in the cities surrounding Holy Family Hospital, as well as the key issues the hospital needs to address in order to develop service quality, improve population health, and address cost.
